Customer Support Specialist

As a member of the Team, you will have primary contact with our varied customers for inbound inquires and ongoing product information. You will assist customers in selecting the best systems for their needs,and add dimension to our company mission.

Responsibilities Include

  1. Respond to and manage inquiries via phone, email, and webchat

  2. Proactively identify opportunities through inbound channels, existing databases, and marketing results

  3. Collaborate with direct marketing efforts in coordination with the Marketing Team

  4. Coordinate the timely management of leads to Account Executives and quickly respond to customer requests 

  5. Master the CRM Software (HubSpot) and drive its effectiveness

  6. Consult and coordinate technical product requirements with our Purchasing and Production Teams, maintaining communication from sale to shipment

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree with prior customer service experience; or technical acumen with computing and/or the markets we serve

  2. Have an entrepreneurial outlook and understanding of the energy and pace required to keep up in a rapidly growing technical environment

  3. The ability to shift priorities and quickly refocus on immediate tasks

  4. Have a basic understanding of computer components and the ability to learn how they are leveraged for outcomes

  5. A genuine excitement to be part of building the right hardware for projects that are changing the world

  6. An upbeat attitude with an understanding that every day is filled with challenges and opportunity

  7. Systems software savvy (ERP, CRM) or the ability to quickly become proficient
